We currently ship using USPS Priority Mail and First-Class Mail. Items will ship within 5-7 business day. However, large, or special orders may require more time.

International Shipping: There is currently no international shipping at this time. Please reach out to us if you would like price estimates for this method.

Local Pickup is available, simply select local pickup at checkout. For requests on alternate location please email or leave a note at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
MoonFarmz return policy due to sanitary conditions with product if returned stands as is: "all sales final".

However, if the item/items are proven to be defective or unsatisfactory customer concerns are always taken into account.
Please feel free to reach out to us with product concerns. In order to adapt and grow feedback is necessary.
